In less than 7 years, we have owned 7 houses. The first three were total remodels that we remodeled with our bare hands. The only paid services we had in any of them was carpet installation. One home was a turn-key new build that we quickly realized was beautiful but boring. Two of the houses were (and currently are) rental homes that we haven’t needed to touch and the last home is our current home and project!
