My Latest Obsession: the White Jute Rug

This post is sponsored by Rugs.com however, all opinions are my own.

Okay folks! As you may already know, there are two decor items that are so utterly difficult for me.

Curtains and Rugs.

I cannot TELL you how many curtains and rugs I have purchased all for them to not work out.

Rugs are the more difficult of the two though, considering their size. Not a lot of places carry them in store in larger sizes, especially where I live in College Station, Texas.

Que, Rugs.com – I found a GORGEOUS white jute rug that I just fell utterly in love with.  Seriously guys. I FELL IN LOVE with this thing.

I have had my heart set on a light jute rug for months but I had a bad experience a couple years ago with a different online rug place. It scarred me.

Needless to say, I was scared to pull the trigger on getting a jute rug online.

Let me tell you something, though. I am SO glad I did. This white jute rug from Rugs.com is EVERYTHING I have hoped for in a jute rug.

I’ve got a hodge podge of styles mixed throughout my house – should we call it french boho farmhouse? Is that a thing? Maybe?

Either way, this white jute rug ties my neutrals together so well.

The jute weave is snug, the sizing is accurate, and the color is true to their images online.

My hate for yellow and orange in a neutral house runs deep.

There is NOT yellow in this white jute rug! YAY!

Rugs.com carries this rug in a few different colors too. There’s even a fun navy color!

My favorite thing about this rug is that it goes with EVERYTHING.

I change my decor continuously. Seriously, ask a friend, it doesn’t stay the same.

The white jute will ALWAYS match. It’s a cool neutral and I could literally change the couch, chairs and curtains, and it will still match!

I know you will love the look of the jute rug in your home!

Have you done jute before? What questions do you have for me about them?! Comment below! I’m an open book!
